The project in Tea Tree Gully included two verandas connected to the existing dwelling.
One of the veranda was timber structure one with the shade cloth attached to the fascia on one side and seating on the boundary solid brick retaining wall on another side.
Another veranda was treated pine gable roof structure attached to the fascia on one side and seating on the natural stone retaining wall on another side. Fully cladded with heat reflective policarb for extra UV protection and maximum light delivery for an extreme comfort.
All timber work fully protected with a coat of undercoat/primer/undercoat and two coats of exterior paint for maximum durability in any weather conditions.
